Ian and his team have amazing local knowledge and provide the best customer service as well as being lovely people. Nothing is too much trouble - before, during and after the purchase. Having not known which area we were interested in, to go to securing a property in 5 days without feeling pressured or rushed ( maybe a little tired!) is an absolute testament to them.
